The Benefits Junction system has built-in capability to manage ongoing Dependent Eligibility Verification. Employees are prompted to upload necessary documents to support enrollment of dependents. The system retains the documents in a secure, HIPAA compliant manner, and has built in administrative approval processes, work flows and communications with employees to make this process easy, friendly, and simple to administer.
Workforce Junction has partnered with CXC Solutions (CXC), an industry leader that has been serving over 200 insurance brokers, third party administrators, and consultants over the past 6 years to help them with their compliance needs. CXC’s proven ACA Reporting solution, Compliance Central, currently helps over 3,000 employers fulfill their ACA obligations spanning more than 500,000 employees.
Workforce Junction and CXC have integrated our technology platforms to make data feeds easy and accurate and improve the overall customer experience for those who use the Workforce Junction eligibility platform for benefits enrollment.
The Workforce Junction-CXC integrated solution is especially suited for those who do not want to be gathering and verifying information or utilizing the Compliance Central tool themselves. The Workforce Junction-CXC team will offer the necessary guidance and “hand-holding” through every step of the compliance management workflow to employers. The Compliance Central is backed by Hitesman & World, P.A., a leader in employee benefits law. The CXC customer service center is staffed by NAHU PPACA certified business analysts who specialize in guiding clients through the lifecycle of the reporting process.
